ParentPay and Cashless Till Issues

ParentPay Update: 13th October 2017 13.30pm

Further to yesterday’s news alert, we have been informed by ParentPay that the syncing issues with our cashless till software will not be resolved until Monday 16th October.

The school has continued to provide meals for the students but please note these meals will not be showing on your son’s lunch money account in ParentPay.

Once the problem has been resolved (which has affected other schools using the same cashless till software), all transactions made since Tuesday will be passed through the ParentPay accounts. If insufficient funds are available, this could cause a negative balance which we would ask you address as soon as possible.

Please note this only affects the lunch money account.
